
About Me
My journey in social care began at 15, when our family home opened its doors to adult placements. Welcoming people into our family, each with their own stories and challenges, instilled in me a deep respect for care, resilience, and connection. Those formative years shaped the person I am today.
During my career in care I have worked as a CQC Registered Manager in mental health services before moving into consultancy, supporting care businesses with managing regulatory pressures and shifting standards. I have also worked for CQC as a bank inspector since 2014 continuing my commitment to improving services from within.

OUR COLLABORATIONS
Provider 1 – A new company who has been supported with a tender with the local council, costings, CQC registration, policies and procedures, adult social care placement negotiation and management coaching.
Provider 2 – A landlord providing flats to homeless people. For two years in a row, they were supported to renegotiate their rents with housing benefit and get higher rents. This year we are reviewing the rents and looking at their accessing social services funding.
Provider 3 – They are charity offering service to people with a Learning Disability. The management team is being provided with coaching and support. They are also being supported with revisions of Policies and Procedures, Costings and records.
Provider – 4 They are a landlord company who were offering accommodation to professionals. They have been supported to set up as a supported living company with the local council, maximise rent, access social services funding and register with CQC. They are now being supported with several tender and securing placements. They have won three tenders with consultancy support in the last three years.
Provider 5 – They were supported to register with CQC, complete support costings and Housing Benefit maximization. They are now being supported with writing up placement proposals and costing packages and the Registered Manager is being provided with management coaching.
Provider 6 – They are a Dom care provider branching out into Supported Living. They are being supported with Business Owner supervision, costings for placements, staff training on benefits and other relevant areas.
